Terms and Conditions

By using www.earthtostars.com, www.earthtostars.co.uk and/or purchasing any Astrology or Tarot based SERVICE or PRODUCT from Earth To Stars, you confirm that you accept the terms & conditions as set out below.

ASTROLOGY AND TAROT SERVICES (Any form of Reading and/or Party)

Astrology and Tarot Services can be conducted face to face (London UK based) providing the suggested venue is workable, safe and practical for Kelly Marie Winter and the client.

Otherwise Astrology and Tarot Services will be conducted online via Zoom video call and a meeting link will be sent prior to the service. For any Astrology or Tarot service conducted via Zoom video call, you will be given the option at the start of the session to have it recorded. Sessions are only recorded at your request and consent and a copy of the recording will be sent to you after the service is complete.

Services will be arranged and agreed at a suitable date and time for Kelly Marie Winter and the client. Once the date and time of the service is agreed it must be respected. See below rescheduling and cancelling T&C’s.

All Astrology Readings will be accompanied by a PDF copy of your Astrological Birth Chart branded with the Earth To Stars company logo and business information.

During a service Kelly Marie Winter will not tolerate bullying, inappropriate remarks, violence or aggressive behaviour from anyone. A mutual level of social respect is required and expected in line with the Earth To Stars Code of Ethics.

ASTROLOGY PRODUCTS

Customised Birth Chart Gifts:

Customisable attributes - Customer is permitted to select Birth Chart Style, Font Style, Font Colours and provide an optional To/From message which can be included at the bottom of the document.

Customised Birth Chart Gifts can be re-sized and re-sent at the customers request.

Interpretations provided in any Earth To Stars Product will not be amended or changed by Earth To Stars. All products will be sent in PDF format only.

PAYMENTS AND PRICES

For online services and products payments will be taken via the Paypal buttons on the Booking page of this website.

For face-to-face services and products, payments will be taken via cash or card.

All payments must be made in advance for services and products.

All prices are subject to periodic increases and I reserve the right to change the costs of my services at any point. 

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your service for any reason, I will accommodate this providing you give me 2 hours’ notice from when the service was due to start. There is no limit to how many times you can reschedule.

If I need to reschedule your service for any reason, I will inform you with 48 hours’ notice.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

A full refund or partial refund will only be granted at the discretion of Earth To Stars prior to a service being carried out.  

No refunds will be given once a service or product has been completed.

I have a very flexible rescheduling policy above, however if you absolutely need to cancel your service, you may be entitled to a full refund or partial refund as set out below.

ASTROLOGY READINGS AND PARTIES

For accepted cancellations at Earth To Stars discretion, a full or partial refund will be provided in line with the following:

a)       For Astrology services cancelled 48 hours before the service is due to start, you will be entitled to a full refund.

b)      For Astrology services cancelled within 48 hours of the service due to start, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

The full or partial refund will be sent to you via cash, bank transfer or Paypal.

TAROT READINGS AND PARTIES

For accepted cancellations at Earth To Stars discretion, a full refund will be provided. The full refund will be sent to you via cash, bank transfer or Paypal.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards do not expire and will always be honoured regardless of when it was purchased.

DATA COLLECTION

I appreciate the importance of your privacy and will never pass on your personal details or any information shared or discussed during an Astrology or Tarot service to any third parties without your prior consent unless the law requires me to do so. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All information, content and material displayed on this site is the property of Kelly Marie Winter at Earth To Stars.

The domain name www.earthtostars.com and www.earthtostars.co.uk is owned by Kelly Marie Winter. 

OTHER

Kelly Marie Winter, of Earth To Stars, operates as a Sole Trader within the UK.

Earth To Stars is not VAT registered and does not provide VAT receipts because it does not meet the Sole Trader Threshold.
