This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Earth To Stars collects and processes your personal data through use of www.earthtostars.com and associated websites. Earth To Stars (Kelly Marie Winter) is the data controller for the personal data collected.

I appreciate the importance of your privacy and will never pass on your personal details or any information shared or discussed during an Astrology or Tarot service to any third parties without your prior consent unless the law requires me to do so.

I may change and update the terms of this privacy policy from time to time. If I change the privacy policy, I will inform you at the bottom of this page.

PERSONAL INFORMATION I COLLECT

If you book or buy an ASTROLOGY based service for yourself, I will ask you to provide your personal information including your full name, your gender, your date of birth, your time of birth, your location of birth, your phone number and your e-mail address.

If you book or buy an Astrology based service for someone else as a gift, I will ask you to provide the personal information of yourself and the person you are buying for. This information includes:

a) Your full name, your phone number and your email address.

b) The person you are buying for - their full name, their gender, their date of birth, their time of birth, their location of birth, their phone number and their email address.

The above information is used solely for:

a) Preparing the Astrology based service for the recipient by means of calculating and interpreting the birth chart using the full name, gender, date, time and location of birth.

b) Arranging and holding the Astrology based service using the phone number and e-mail address.

Before any Astrology reading is given, detailed notes will be typed up on the specific birth chart to aid the discussion during the reading.

If you book or buy a TAROT based service for yourself, I will ask you to provide your personal information including your full name, phone number and e-mail address.

If you book or buy a Tarot based service for someone else as a gift, I will ask you to provide the personal information of yourself and the person you are buying for. This information includes:

a) Your full name, your phone number and your email address.

b) The person you are buying for – their full name, their phone number and their email address.

The above information is used solely for arranging and holding the Tarot based service using the full name, phone number and e-mail address.

For any Astrology or Tarot service conducted via Zoom video call, you will be given the option at the start of the session to have it recorded. Sessions are only recorded at your request and consent and a copy of the recording will be sent to you after the service is complete.

If you pay for any services (Astrology or Tarot) using the Paypal buttons on www.earthtostars.com, I cannot see or access your bank details. This transaction and data is between you and Paypal.

www.earthtostars.com and associated websites are powered by Sqaurespace. Through the Squarespace platform I collect analytical information such as, but not limited to, your Internet protocol (IP) address, country location, time zone setting, information about your visit, which route you have taken to visit my site and pages you have viewed or searched for on my site.

Cookies provide information regarding the computer used by a visitor. I may use cookies where appropriate to gather information about your computer in order to assist me in improving the website.

I may gather information about your general internet use by using the cookie. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. Such information will not identify you personally. It is statistical data. The statistical data does not identify any personal data whatsoever.

I store and retain all personal data mentioned above for all services (Astrology or Tarot) indefinitely.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access any information I hold relating to you. You also have the right to request any information I hold relating to you to be permanently deleted and removed from my data base.
